Rebecca Quansah is a Performance Coach Training/Cultural Leadership Programme accredited Coach and Associate Member of the Association for Coaching. 

For the last 10 years she has been supporting people and communities to utilise their creativity for positive change. Her background is in designing and delivering creative leadership and development programmes that enable individuals to uncover and fully realise their creative potential. 

She is currently a student development practitioner at Warwick Students' Union, leading on employability and enterprise initiatives.  Rebecca is also a consultant on the University of Wolverhampton SPEED Plus programme helping creative, entrepreneurial students and graduates to set up businesses.  Additionally, she is a coach on the Earlyarts Leadership Programme, supporting creative arts professionals.

Rebecca has been Programme Manager at national charity First Light, working with young people from a variety of backgrounds to develop skills in media production. She managed some of the UK's most high profile youth media initiatives, including the Young Film Fund, the UK Film Council's Lottery funded filmmaking initiative for five to 19 year olds and the Government funded Mediabox scheme; offering disadvantaged 13-19 year olds the opportunity to develop and produce creative media projects, using film, print, television, radio or online platforms.

A stint as a local authority Arts Officer saw Rebecca work on Leaps and Bounds, which took 200 disadvantaged young people through a rigorous personal development programme, to then perform with Birmingham Royal Ballet - all whist being filmed for a Channel 4 documentary. 

Following her love of creative media, she spent six years on a weekly women's magazine show as a radio producer/presenter.  She is also a mentor on the Young Foundation's UpRising leadership development programme.  Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) degree in American Studies and has spent time living in the USA.
